Integrative Health Coaching

Integrative health coaching is a holistic approach to wellness that combines lifestyle management with evidence-based strategies, including laboratory testing and the use of dietary supplements. This model emphasizes the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle choices.

Labs
Incorporating laboratory testing into health coaching allows for personalized assessments of an individual's biological markers. Common tests may include blood panels to evaluate nutrient levels, hormone balances, and inflammation markers, among others. The results provide valuable insights that can inform tailored wellness plans.

Supplements
Dietary supplements, when used appropriately, can support nutritional needs that are not being met through food alone. Health coaches may recommend specific supplements based on lab results, lifestyle factors, and health goals. It's important for these recommendations to be rooted in scientific research and to consider potential interactions with medications or existing health conditions.

Coaching Process
Integrative health coaching typically involves an initial assessment, where the health coach collaborates with the client to understand their health history, lifestyle preferences, and goals. Following this assessment, a customized plan is developed, which may include dietary recommendations, exercise routines, stress management techniques, and integration of targeted supplements.
